JUST BUSK IT!

Yes it look fabulous doesn’t it?

Yet, at this time of year, i.e., two weeks before Christmas, we’ve all got so much planned to do for the festive season, that it can feel frustrating!

But, what can you do?

Answer? Absolutely nothing, but go with the flow

And isn’t that the same with most things, unexpected that come up, or are thrown at us?

Stepping Up

Isn't it what it's all about?

Following your dreams, playing, being mindful, loving your life, living your best feeling life, being happy in what you do, following your passions...

I've been inspired again, by what struck me, as the most awesome thing about this counselling malarkey

Thing is, anything in the world, you're passionate about, and I truly love working with passionate people, those that are making a difference towards a better world - can be evolved or up-graded!

Professional Balance...it's in the bank!

I’ve come across many professionals, working with clients in many differing job descriptions, that are all experiencing the same thing…overwork!
But also, with expectations from the ‘boss’ of enormities of work load that no-one can possibly fulfil.
It is, as I use the term, an ‘impossible task’
Working with people, as individuals is measurable only by its differences, and individualities.  There are no rule books, in these professions, GP’s, University lecturers etc., Social Workers, Lawyers, anything to do with the NHS, and so on, you get the drift, most of the time

Meaning of Life

Meaning of Life

Whether you're in business or working for someone, this is important, whether you're a housewife, or a stay at home mum or anything else in life!

There has to be meaning to it! A purpose, a 'WHY', A LOVE OF IT!

As you get older it is a natural 'finding' of the self, you begin to value your time, so you enjoy every single moment of it.

And so it is with people you

Let's talk about balance...

This is me in my garden, I love gardening, I'm not that good at it, well, I say that, but, I grow tomatoes, potatoes, strawberries etc.  But not so hot on planting flowers that come out one after the other! That's an art isn't it?

But, it gives me such a balance, for my 'thinking head' work, that is needed constantly.  I'd be a very boring person,

Stressed?

STRESS

We all have the potential for stress occasionally, it is a natural 'fight or flight' response

Think about it, you're walking down the street at night, feeling vulnerable and you hear footsteps behind you, getting closer.

To begin with you start walking a little faster, you don't want to turn around because, you don't want them to know you're concerned? But then, if the footsteps increase in speed too, it feels like they are aware of you, you worry of their intent.

What happens next? because

Is it just EastEnders or normal life?

Do you watch any soaps? I watch one, it crept up on me, but there’s something comforting, about watching the characters you know the history of?  Okay, I’m talking EastEnders!
It’s not my normal TV watching, cos I love funny programs, one’s that make you laugh out loud, or ones with clever wit, intelligence, characters and good acting.  It helps to portray ‘normal’ life and there’s always ‘one of each’ in the square!  Just look at the Gilmore Girls and Stars Hollow!  I love that series.
Of course, Christmas specials always focus on more serious stories.  Why is that?
The addictions, those who can never ask for help, get deeper

What the world needs now is love sweet love...

Picture: Ellen Von Einem when I first met her 33 years ago

I awoke to the sound of rain.  I stayed up later than I should have last night, but working from home means I can at least afford some leeway.  What was going through my mind this morning?

Apparently, the government state that mental health, should have the same amount of money put into it, as physical health?  With the fact in mind that, Doctors
