Have you ever considered the ripples you send out?

Have you ever considered the ripples you send out?

You are a role model, a Mother, friend, colleague - Whether you like it or not...

Have you ever thought how many people are affected by your
way of being, your reflection, how you behave?

The ripple reaches a long way....

You observe each other, you learn and grow, mainly by noticing how others do things, what reactions they get, whether their way of being is a better or more obvious way, or leading towards what you really want in life.

Do you have choices?

Of course you do...

Your whole life is spent by your choices every day.  What do you want for breakfast, what do you want to wear, how do you see yourself, as a women do you wear make up... or not?

Their are many reasons behind your decisions of these seemingly simple tasks, yet, they open up (sometimes) psychological reasons behind your choices.   I say sometimes, because some people are completely without reason, but just because I felt like it at that time?  I'm talking about relatively small choices here, not big ones, not consequential ones.

What do you want for breakfast?
Are you happy with your body, are you over/underweight for your frame, do you have health issues that diet would play a part of?  Every single question has many directions and choices to make.  Maybe you follow others, and what they do without consciously questioning it?

How often we like to belong to a group and go along with others, because it's easier.  Happiness with your body usually begins from inside yourself, whether you honour how you feel, think kindly of yourself, practice self care every day.  Exercise, fresh air, sleep and loving yourself as a beautiful human being that you are.

What do you want to wear?
Are you the quick skinny jeans girl or the smart dress type?  Do you dress according to your shape,  what you want to project to the world, or what you're doing that day, work, play, or just how you feel?  It's the same as make up, do you use it to project what you want to look like, as a mask to hide behind, to make the most of yourself, for yourself, not necessarily for others, as an artist would paint a picture, because you're an artist and you are the canvass?

Is your clothing or make up to portray a style statement such as Goth, Punk, Hippy, Chic and what is behind these decisions?  Does Hippy style say 'I'm free as a bird' and Goth say 'I'm serious' What is behind how you portray yourself?

I guess yes, you are the best canvass you'll ever have, and many people will take it to the extreme with tattoo's or botox etc. - I guess you have to consider if you'd like to make those decisions forever and not change - yes there's always consequences to consider.

It all comes down to 'How do you see yourself' at the moment ?
Right now...Who are you...Who do you want to be? Cos you can  change, depending on what you've learnt.  Sometimes, it's more difficult to unlearn things, or download the 'stuff' that makes you...you.  But all these choices are yours to make, to change to explore, to fine tune, to be the best version of you there is...and the freedom to choose and create your life how you want it, for you.

Begin today, write down your dreams, take one small step towards them every day become who you want to be...Today is the beginning of the rest of your life...
